Good Afternoon, While looking over my lab book, i am having a hardunderstanding how an initial position can affect the velocity vs.time graph or a position vs time graph. Some velocities depend on where you start, such as gravitationalmotion. If you were to set your initial position to somewherevery far away from a planet, its velocity would change very slowly,but if started near the planet, it would change quickly. I'mnot sure what situation you're dealing with in your lab, but maybeit's something like that.
