Through another section of the same vessel it flows with avelocity of 3.9 cm/s. What is the cross-sectional area of thissection of the vessel? Explanation / Answer

from the equation of continuity we know that area of cross section* velocity is constant so A1*v1 = A2*v2 so now new cross sectional area is = 2.5 * 2.6 /3.9                                                    = 1.67 cm2
