I. Since the trigger levels are ero for both, the plotsbegin at (0,0). Now, the slopes determine how the plots of y changewith varying x. slope = y/x   So, the negative one has y decreasing withincreasing x and the other, positive one has y increasingwith increasing x. II. The trigger levels determine where the plots begin (y-value) at zero value of x. So, slopes being positive each y-plot increases withincreasing x. However, 4A begins at origin (0,0), 4B begins at y>0for x=0, 4C begins at y<0 for x=0.
