Question # 2 here.
The answers are 0.773 KgM2 for part A and -1.29 rad/s for part B.
I cannot figure out how he got those answers as I keep getting different values when solving. He has been known to be wrong before but I'm not confident enough to say that I'm right here and he is not.

THE COME TO A STOA OOKe R-1.20m SoLID CYLINDER R, 3 5.0cmm eRoM THE CENTE 35 M3 FIGURE,N THE PLANE OF THE AAGE.Explanation / Answer
2. (a) I = of solid cylinder + of masses
I = (M1 R1^2 / 2) + 3( m d^2)
I = (14 x 0.172^2 / 2) + 3(1.5 x 0.35^2)
I = 0.758 kg m^2 ........ANs
(b) torque = I alpha
- 1 = (0.758) alpha
alpha = - 1.32 rad/s^2
