Explanation / Answer

Global public health system is ready to tackle global problems such as water scarcity: Since the water supplies and the infrastructure are being tested to their limits due to mining for oil and scattered development of houses. This has lead to a scarcity of water due to the fact that demand has exceeded the natural capacity to provide water for domestic purpose. Significant state fund has been allocated to address this issue. Hence measures have been taken by the government to tackle this issue. But in developing countries, clean, safe drinking water is scarce. Today, nearly 1 billion people in the developing world don't have access to it.

· Communication and dissemination regarding providing information to patients so that they can be better decision-makers.

· Addressing disparities among patient populations.

· Accelerating patient-centered and methodological research, including research involving patients and caregivers that is efficient, safe, and timely.

All these efforts at the end of ACA’s PCORI have brought about a reform in health.
