moment of inertia , I = 11 kg.m^2

equating the torque

F3 * r + F4 * 0 - F1 * r - F2 * r/2 = I * alpha

50 * 2 - 30 * 2 - 25 * 2/2 = 11 * alpha

alpha = 0.45 rad/s^2

the angular accelration is 0.45 rad/s^2 counterclockwise
