A watt is defined as 1 joule persecond. So if it's producing400MW, that means it's producing 400E6J/s The definition of power gives you the time frame. So fromhere, i assume you'd find out how many seconds there are in a yearand multiply it by the power (written as joules per second) (I'm assuming here that MW means mega watt or 1E6 watts)
