Yes the main objective of construction project management is Budget, time, quality and safety.

Every construction project includes various resources like man, material, machineries, time and money. The main objective of Construction project management is to provide the proper coordination between these resources,

These main objectives can be summarized in the following manner-

a. Every project is targetted to be completed in minimum stipulated time. This is in the view that the completion within that time will keep the cost within limit.

b. Economy is one of the main objectives. The investment done for the project is always aimed to be minimized to maximize the profit. The project has to be completed within the estimated budget. To utilize the availabe resources in proper way is needed.

c. The safety is one of the most important objectives which is kept in mind while executing the project.

d. The quality of the work while executing the project is important. Project delay may result in fast execution of work and the quality pays for this.

Following factors are involved for the above mentiones objectives-

a. Project Planning

b. Project Scheduling

c. Project controlling.
