The answer will be C.
Because transcription occurs in 3' end - 5' end (this is the template sequence).
Promotor is present 25 basepairs upstream (towards 5' end ) froma transcription initiation site.
Terminator is present after the gene to be trascribed and towards the 5 ' end . It is a inverted repeat sequence which will form a loop at the end for transcription to stop.
As we have three genes so each will have its own promotor and own terminator.
