A) Cost
Suppose we are building a auditorium in which we wish to use imported tiles from spain but due to high inflation here in india the cost of the tiles will increase hence increasing the cost of the project.
B) Time
Suppose we are importing projectors from Japan via ships but the ship got struck in some bad weather in the way or a strike by the labour organisation at the port result in delay of the delivery of the material thus causing the dalay in the project.
C) Quality
Suppose in the auditorium we were making using imported projectors were defected and have to be replaced but replacement takes 2 months but we have to make the auditorium functional within a week to we use sub-standard material from local market thus compromising on quality due to unavailability of good material.
D) Planning
Suppose when we were planning to start the construction of the project of building auditorium we choose a company for construction among the bidders upon the criteria we have set and the reputation of the company. but the contact talks stall on the terms of payment and security means problems in finalizing contact terms.
E) Design
Suppose upon finalizing the company of construction, the company need to hire the members for supervision of the work being done on both the sides i.e. client as well as the contractor side so selection of personal will play a great role in actual design of the auditorium.
F) Constructions
During the construction we have to be most resilient because a bit of loss of attention here and there can cause big losses to us. For eg. company A is selling a product we require for 100 per unit and company B is selling it for 80 per unit so we should we aware of the market scenerio so that cost analysis can be done in most efficient way
