Hypothesis 1: It states that bacterium will be discriminated based on innate immune reading of combinaturals repertoires of PAMPs by combination of PRR.
Hypothesis 2: it states that symbiotic bacteria interction with host recognized by effectors.
Hypothesis 3: it states that host discrimination between symbionts are consider by signals.
And(b):These hypothesis explain the symbiotic repltationship of these microbes.which undergoes biochemical modifications couses the imfecton.
