I checked the question answer throughly 4 times.Nothing is wrong.I think your instructor took different "t" value while he calcuated.
Third problem is the same thing but t is 1ms instead of 2ms.I checked with my casio also again for calculation mistakes.But all is ok and no mistakes.
But i ensure you as per given question you did in correct way ant you got correct answers.
