The Ronin 2 built on the success and designs of the Ronin, Ronin-M and Ronin-MX. DJI kept the key features but hugely increased functionality for the user. Designed for any film set, the Ronin 2 puts creative control completely in the hands of the user.It exists to let filmmakers capture the scene they see in their mind. Some of its features are:-
1) Enhances human capabilities of pattern recognition: Due to the upgraded high torque motors it supports a wider range of cameras, resist high winds and G-forces caused when mounted to a car and keep it moving smoothly in flight.With the new Ronin power hub, essential accessories such as DJI Focus and wireless video transmission systems could gain power and communicate data with Ronin 2.
2) Materials to overcome human limitations: It is compatible with third party remote controllers such as hand wheels and traditional remotes through the onboard D-Bus port.A newly designed detachable Grip allows Ronin 2 to stand up on its own and is easily separated when the lower part of the hand grip is not needed. Ronin2 is also highly compatible with cable cams, drones, cranes, Steadicams, and more.
3) Time sharing: DJI ronin2 has dual battery system. It provides a running time of nearly 8 hours. But it works for only 2.5 hours only when powering gimbal, camera and accessories at the same time.
