Primer set B - v3

Primer set C - v4-v5-v6-v7-v8-v9

These primers can be choosen because the amplified product will have all the available variable regions. The amplified product can also be used as a template to isolate any variable region inbetween in case the primers for those variable regions was non specific before when applied on whole genome.
