Discussion: Do you agree or disagree with my statements? If you do agree, could you please explain why you agree with me? Please write a few paragraphs(1-3) in response to my statement.
The common name for this eukaryote is the venus flytrap, but its scientific name is dionaea muscipula. It belongs to the Plantae eukaryotic group. Venus flytraps can be found on the eastcoast of the U.S. in North and South Carolina. It eats insects, such as spiders, beatles, and flies, by quickly closing its trap and then digesting its prey. It takes about 10 days for a venus flytrap to fully digest an insect and reopen its trap. Its predators include white-tailed deer, wild hogs, fox squirrels, and other small mammals. When a venus flytrap is fertilized, it produces seeds which will reproduce more flytraps. An interesting fact about the venus flytrap is that it discharges digestive juices in a similar way as a human stomach functions.

Venus flytrap is a carnivorous plant. it is also known as Venus' flytrap or Venus' flytrap
. it is a native plant to subtropical wetlands on the east bank of USA.
It gets its prey—mainly creepy crawlies and 8-legged creature—with a catching structure framed by the terminal part of each of the plant's leaves, which is activated by small hairs on their inward surfaces.
On the off chance that the prey can't get away, it will keep on stimulating the internal surface of the projections, and this causes a further development reaction that strengths the edges of the flaps together, in the long run fixing the trap hermetically and framing a "stomach" in which processing happens.
Arrival of the stomach related proteins is controlled by the hormone jasmonic corrosive, a similar hormone that triggers the arrival of poisons as a hostile to herbivore safeguard instrument in non-flesh eating plants. Once the stomach related organs in the leaf projections have been initiated, processing is catalyzed by hydrolase proteins discharged by the organs.
Oxidative protein change is probably going to be a pre-stomach related component utilized by Dionaea muscipula. Fluid leaf extricates have been found to contain quinones, for example, the naphthoquinone plumbagin that couples to various NADH-subordinate diaphorases to create superoxide and hydrogen peroxide upon autoxidation.Such oxidative change could burst creature cell films. Plumbagin is known to initiate apoptosis, related with the control of the Bcl-2 group of proteins. When the Dionaea concentrates were pre-hatched with diaphorases and NADH within the sight of serum egg whites (SA), consequent tryptic processing of SA was encouraged. Since the secretory organs of Droseraceae contain proteases and potentially other degradative chemicals, it might be that the nearness of oxygen-initiating redox cofactors work as extracellular pre-stomach related oxidants to render layer bound proteins of the prey (bugs) more vulnerable to proteolytic assaults
