There should be more scientific advancements when scientists, within the related fields, evaluate scientific findings versus politicians/general public, or other professionals. Yes, there would be delay in the process of making a scientific advancements by the group contains politicians and ordinary people because they do not have enough knowledge and scientific expertise. If scientists and academicians are participate in the process of evaluation for the correctness of the scientific findings then only advances in science occur most efficiently.
