Question

With enough money, energy, and political will, the nations of the world could build and launch a space ship that will reach the nearest star, Alpha Centauri, and bring back news of life there:

A. Before this decade is over.

B. In about 50 years.

C. With current technology the trip would take a hundred thousand years.

D. With current technology we cannot get out of the Solar system, no matter how much time.

So the answer is C.
