2. )When voltage itself is reference phasor then V=120<0o V

because Voltage is reference phasor means its phase is 0o

3.)When current is reference phasor its phase is 0o the phase of Voltage is pi/6 means 30o

so V=120<30o V

4)When reference is sin(377t) ,voltage has pi/6 =180/6 =30 deg phase added so

V=120<30o V
