Ans:

Malaria is a parasitic infection transmitted by the Anopheles mosquitoes (vector), the causative organism of malaria is plasmodium vivaxor plasmodium falciparum. This disease has meticulously been killing almost 1.2 million people per annum due to improper hygiene and improper lifestyle practices.

Plasmodium - Vector-borne transmission:

In this kind of transmission, the Anopheles mosquitoes act as vectors for ‘Plasmodium’ to infect new hosts. The mosquito bites deep into the bloodstream will induce plasmodium infection into the human blood red blood cells.

Ans:

Global warming is potentially due to the higher level of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere. This CO2 retains and avoids reflecting radiation of sunlight fallen onto biosphere back so that more heat developed on the earth surface due to severe retaining of sunlight finally global warming or greenhouse effect finally climate change. Industrial revolution causes various releases of various factors such as poisonous gases, "aromatic oil spills into the atmosphere" and releases sulfur & phosphate containing contaminants into the soil & water resources result in climate change.

Finally, harmful vector-borne microbial species can use these materials as the carbon source for their growth in water etc. and contaminate into the human consuming food materials result in "development of communicable disease & expands from one host to another via vectors (disease transmission by drinking contaminated water or by mosquitoes in case of malaria). Microbiologists can demonstrate this microbial contamination of water and air by collecting samples for "microbial growth laboratory assays" for example most-probable-number (MPN) assay technique. Climate change may sometime induce changes in the allele frequencies associated genetic variations and genetic drift finally result in the evolution of new species due to variable gene expression finally when a microbial communicable disease is attacked into the human host causes microbes to change their disease patterns by increasing resistance against host immune systems.
