Nuts are very nutritious and healthy in nature. There are different types of nuts such as Almonds, Walnuts, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, Cashew nuts, Peanuts. Nuts are considered to be a very convenient snack and it is suitable for many types of diet plans. Moreover, nuts are high in healthy fats, less carbs and many essential nutrients and minerals which are most needed for a health body. They are also loaded with antioxidants and anti inflammatory properties which can the body to rejuvenate.

1) With all its positive health benefits on human body, nuts do possess certain drawbacks on human body. Like wise, patient with Chronic Kidney Disease need to restrict or avoid the intake of nuts.

2) The reason for this is, in chronic kidney disease, the patients kidney is unable to undergo ultrafiltration effectively.
