example:In my work place-hospital ward,patient who was breast feeding complaint that she has pain in breast and feels fullness of breast even though baby is sucking well. On physical examination I found that she has inverted nipple so baby is not sucking properly.so I taught her how to use breast pump to pull out nipples and initiation of sucking of baby.also taught to express out the excessive milk.and use of tight bands to reduce milk accumulation.later patient felt relieved and problem was solved.

Example:During taking consent from the patient for local preparation who was posted for appendectomy,I explained the procedure clearly to the patient who is an internal customer and even explained procedure to patient's relative who was concerned about the privacy of patient.
