Benner's model of skill aquisition in nursing can be applied as a good example of middle range nursing theory.
5 stages of skill aquisition are,

2.advanced begginer

Another Middle range nursing theory which can be applied by nurse leader or nurse manager effectively todeal with administarative issues is Intellectual Capital theory,introduced by Covell and Sidani(2013).
