In a diseased person, when the bacteria or virus enters, immune system functions by producing antibodies, t and b lymphocytes. As a response to infection, body depletes nutrients and injures the cells and tissues of the body compromising the immune system.

How vaccine works?

Vaccine - it is a biological preparation which helps in developing immunity by imitating the disease causing infection. So the body considered it as antigen and start producing antibodies and t-lymphocytes without causing any illness to an individual. sometimes, it may produce mild symptoms such as fever. When the imitation infection gets over, the body retains the memmory of B and T- lymphocytes. so that body will know how to fight against the same disease in future.
