Respond to each of the following writing prompts to develop the first part of your marketing communication plan writing in fully developed complete sentences that stand on their own without the writing prompt: Describe the image you intend to create for your business. How will this image be portrayed to customers? . How will you demonstrate exceptional customer service? Think about where you might like your business to be located? How does your choice of location take into account the needs of your target customers? Who will be responsible for selling your product or service to customers? What support will you provide to your sales team in terms of sales tools (demonstrations, brochures, samples, etc.)? What steps will you take to generate publicity for the business? Ex. Are there charities or community projects you could support? Special events you can plan? . . Describe your ideas for sales promotions- coupons, discounts, contests, loyalty programs, etc.

Explanation / Answer

1. Exceptional customer service may simply be interpreted and must be followed as an immediate response to their reddressel whatever may the situation, we must manage to satisfy their needs if not respond to them with immediate effect.

2.Choice of location should be the key factor to our business success, keeping inveiw the target customers, along with them procurements for the business should also be taken into account ie raw materials, labour etc.,

3. Oboously our employees would play a major role in making the product reach the customer. Whatever incentives we will give to them keep in mind in relating them to their performance but not performance targets ie whatever contribution they make must be given due consideration.

4.Keeping in veiw the conditions of society i will strongly support charities besides being planning for suitable publicity programmes that would strongly incept the concept of business first in to the minds of people.

5.Different options have different ideas and benifits, of all the options a way in which that will benifit all the customers would be attractive ie Giving discount but not at the cost of business that is after crossing some limit which would be in reach of the target consumer group, giving the discounts.
