Explanation / Answer

Ans 1) Ratchets of Progress are a case of extropic ratchets. When we talk about ratchet effect, it is a restrained ability of the human processes to be reversed after a specific thing has happened. The Ratchet of Progress is a condition that allows one to get back into the cocoon and start afresh after there is an hindrance or restrained ability. There are lot of issues that although arises from the ratchet of progress because it pulls you back due to the hindrance and pushes your forward again to start a process.
