Audit check list can be defined as a document which describe the list of tasks that must be completed during the audit period.

CAPA(Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions): Corrective actions are designed to determine the cause of non conformances that have been detected while preventive actions are the plan put in place to stop the problem from happening again in future.

Audit can be started by using the activities mentioned in check list and by performing those activities mentioned in checklist an auditor can identify the observations. Once we identify the observations corrective and preventive actions can be initiated in the organisation.
