Question
At least once each year the local newspaper prints an article that claims women are routinely paid 30% less than their male counterparts for doing the exact same work. Are they? The article is always controversial but very thin on factual information. What do the facts really show? Could there ever be any logical reason to economically discriminate against women, or any other group, for that matter? What specifically does this have to do with Corporate Governance and Social Responsibility and Ethical Behavior?
