Explanation / Answer

Zone of inhibition occurs due to action of antibiotic on bacterial growth, when antibiotic disc placed on spreaded plate thsi diffuse in the medium inhibits and form the clear zines is called inhibitory zones and concentration is called minimum inhibitory concentration MIC and dose of drug called LD lethal dose.

If no zones are obtained that means organism is resistant to that antibiotic which means bacterial culture even in antibiotic pressure. The organism 4, X is resistant.

If zones are bigger that drug is more effective broad range, hence organism is more susceptible.

If the zones are not so bigger but not even absent they are called moderate or intermediate susceptable.

From the above data organism 3 is more suscpetable.

Organism 4 , is resistant

Organism 1, 2 are moderately suscpetable so the zones are not bigger than 3 organism.
