The reason behind the struggle of students:
1. Distractions that are easily incorporated in our life due to over absorption of communication channels in our life.
2. The availability of choices have made confusing environment for the students in terms of their career path. Unless they are properly guided by their parents or mentors there are many chances for them to get derailed.
3. The technology has made the job environment very competitive. Unless you as a student have acquired the necessary level of skill sets suitable for the job it is difficult for them to relish the joy of working with some good company.
4. The over dependence on technology has also made students overconfident about their abilities that are not tested anywhere in the market. So chances of failure are more these days.
The best solution in this case:
1. Do not become slave of the technology but, make technology your slave.
2. Remove distractions in your life and become more focuses.
3. Test your skills and become confident and not overconfident.
