Explanation / Answer

In the common size Cash flow Statements, there is a numerous cash changing transactions between the opening cash balance and the ending cash balance. All these transactions are being shown in a cash flow statement. But it is very difficult to have a fix format with formula in which you feed in the figures and you got the answer correct because in each and every problem there are a few different transactions which differs it with the other problem. You have to practice it with the format of the balance sheet which is the Current Assets and current liabilities and other assets and liabilities.
