Information is an very important asset to the company which if lost would cost serious disaster to the swurvival of the company or which would not be easy to recover . Information should be kept secured in following ways
1) Information should not accessed by any person other than authorised personell
2) Unathorised modification to the information should be retricted
3) Information should be stored in a proper storage device
Ethical obligation of carney and deb to its client is that the information should not be lost or it should be kept confidential i.e not to be provided in the hands of any third party
