The landlord-tenant relationship is created when the owner of a freehold estate transfers a right to exclusively and temporarily possess the owner's property to another. The tenant receives a leasehold estate.
What are some of the different types of tenancies and what makes each different from the other?
Also, the landlord and the tenant owe duties to one another. Please discuss some of the landlord's duties, and also discuss some of the tenant's duties.

Periodic or fixed term tenancy: In this whole house is rented out for fixed period and all the small issue and major changes will be done by owner
Boarding houses: Here one or two rooms will be provided rather than complete house. The facilities like kitchen and living room will be shared by all.
Service tenancy: In this the employer will provide employee the house and he can use it till he works for the company.
