1) Consider the position that you would like to hold at the peak of your career. It may be CEO, a Director of Human Resources or Operations, the owner of a chain of clothing stores, a partner in an accounting firm. Then again, it may be something less lofty. Write it down.
2) Now describe a career path that will lead you toward that goal. It may help to work “backwards, starting with your final position and work backwards in time to some entry-level job. 3) The career path is in your own handwriting and should have at least 5 positions from College Grad on up. There will be 4 columns. The first column lists the job title. The second column is the salary this job pays. it can be a salary range and the 3rd column are the requirements to do that job (ie BS in Operations, 3 years experience in ..., certified in..., strong communications and project planning skills) The 4th column explains how you are going to aquire the necessary skills and knowledge to get to that next level. How are you going to aquire the project planning skills needed. Will you get an MBA will you take a class will you move companies, etc.

I want to become an entrepreneur having retail chain of restaurant across the united states.
Career Paths: I will be joining for a Hotel Management and catering courses then has to practice atleast a year as a chef and management fellow. After learning the basic stuffs on cooking i want to travel across globe so has to learn about the tastes of people and collect famous food items and their secret recipes. After few years( 2 to 3 ) wandering i want to start my own fusion restaurant where different regions and cultures food will be served across united states of America.
Since i am an entrepreneur no five stages, my paths clear, from employee to learner and initiator as an employer
