1. I would like to work with a cybercorp. Cybercorps are online companies or companies that are based in and around the cyberspace. The reason i have selected a cybercorp is that such companies are based on the premise of innovation and they offer a solution that makes the life of those using their products and services easier. The foundation of any cyber corporation is radical innovative ideas. I want to work in a cybercorp as the work culture will be highly vibrant, dynamic and will offer a tremendous scope to ideate and innovate.
2. A micronational is a small size MNE. These corporations are small companies that have seen good growth in the local markets and are now reaching international markets. In terms of management skills, a manager or a leader of a micronational should have good strategic and conceptual skills. This will enable the manager to replicate and change the business model for an international level operations. Secondly, the skills of application and change skills are very important. The company is transforming itself from a local player to a company spreading its international operations. This will call for many changes in the company's operations. Thirdly, there should be market orientation, which will help in a clear understanding of the international markets.
3. MNE's will create values on the back of innovative processes being used by them. The MNE's will have to employ experts who can help in developing innovative processes on a sustainable basis. Secondly, value will be created through extensive collaborations among the various stakeholders.
4. The idea of a globally integrated enterprise will be replaced by a cybercorp. The reason is that the cybercorps have been founded on the basis of an innovative idea or an innovative process and this has had a disruptive effect on the conventional business model. The cybercorps are easily scalable in most of the cases and their ideas can be replicated and then implemented in the different parts of the world.
5. The form that will best manage this challenge is glorecalized MNE. This is because the follow the strategy of globalization-regionalization-localization. The champion the global values on one hand and customize their offerings as per the local requirements on the other hand.
