B) Ataxia:

  An inability to coordinate voluntary muscular movement that symptomatic of some disorder of the central nervous system. Eg:Head trauma, stroke, multiple sclerosis.

C) Cerebrovascular accident:

Sudden death of some brain cell due to lack of oxygen when the blood flow to the brain is impaired by blockage of rupture of an artery to the brain.

D) Cerebral palsy :

  A condition marked by impaired muscule coordination and /or other disabilities,typically caused by damage to the brain before or at birth.
