Need help with Excel Formula.

I believe the formula needing to be used would be some sort of Countif formula.

The formula needs to say countif Column F equals Cell C16, Column G equals Cell C17, and if Column D equals any one of cells in Cells D16:D18

I have highlighted the two accounts that match the criteria. The formula should say that there are 2, because there are only 2 rows that meet the criteria. Please put the formula in cell F17
