Subject: Inappropriate use of photocopy machine
Dear Colleagues,
It has come to our attention that many employees are extensively using Photo Copy Machine for their personal usage. This has been also observed over a period of month, and thus, it is bringing a lot of difficulties for us to keep the copy machine expenditure at budget level.
To curtail and bring the discipline in the usage of Photo Copy machine, we have proposed management to attach ID Scanner with all the photo Copy machine thus any employee who is taking the print must swipe their ID card to enable to Photo Copy Machine to give the print copy.
The above proposal is also accepted and well received by the management, it will be installed by end of this week.
