Question

I need to prove the following :

E[|Sn - np|6] < Cn3

and consequently E[|Sn - np|2k] <Cnk

I'm not sure how to approach this problem. I do know that eitherChebyschev's inequality or the central limit theorem should be usedfor this, but I have absolutely no idea how to go about doing it.My professor is very bad at teaching and I'm completely lost inthis probability class. Am I posting in the right forum, or shouldI post my question in the probability and statistics forum? I'm newhere and don't know how this website works all that well.

Can I have the solution by tomorrow? Thanks in advance.
