Let's assume tall = x

Small = 200-x

Putting in Eq 1

x/(200-x) = 3/2 => 2x = 600-3x =>5x = 600 => x= 120

Tall plants were = 120

Frequency of tall plants = No. of tall plants/ Total Plants =120/200 =3/5

Every 3 plants in 5 is a tall plant.
