The greenhouse gases emissions from Nuclear Fission power are much smaller then those associated with Coal Oil and Gas and the routine health is are much smaller than those associated with coal. However there is a potential risk if contaminants fails which in nuclear reactors can be brought about by operated cheese melting and releasing large amount for quantities of fission products into the environment. This potential risk goodbye about the benefits. The most long lived radioactive waste is including spent nuclear fuel must be contained and isolated from the environment for a long period of time. On the other side spent nuclear fuel could be used in adding more energy and reducing the amount of waste to be contaminated. The public has been made sensitive to the cities and there has been considerable public opposition to nuclear power. the worst accident at a nuclear power plants have resulted in severe environmental contamination. However the extent of the actual damage is still being topic of discussion and research.
advantages-
There are many advantages of nuclear power plant to the society and Nation. As it can generate a huge amount of energy or power from a very small input given to the power plant. Does it is very economic and fast processes of generating power in a huge amount. The generations of electricity through nuclear energy reduces the amount of energy generated from fossil fuel like coal and oil. Less use of fossil fuels means lowering the greenhouse gases emission like co2 and others gases to the atmosphere. The cost of nuclear fuel is 20% of the cost of energy generated by the other means of applications and process.
disadvantages-
Every scientific process has it two phases like advantages and disadvantages. In this way the nuclear power plant also have certain disadvantages like fossil fuels nuclear fuels are non renewable energy resources. And if there is an accident large amounts of radioactive materials could be released into the environment. In addition nuclear waste remains radioactive and is hazardous to health for thousands of years. Uranium is used in the process of fission because it is a natural unstable element. This mean that special precautions must be taken during the mining transport and storing of the uranium. Nuclear fission Chambers air cooled by water in both the boiling water reactor and pressurized water reactor. The alternative energy sources which can be used in place of nuclear power plant Thorium solar power natural gas and hydrogen. Thorium can be used as a fuel in the nuclear cycle as an alternative to the uranium and the technology to facility this has been around since 1960.
Solar power- solar power is abandoned and inexhaustible and is the best known of alternative energy source. The most common method of harnessing this energy is through the use of solar panels that converts the sunlight to the electricity that is then distributed to the end users.
Natural gases- natural gas can also be used as an alternative source of transport fuel and has 7 advantage over oil and other types of fossil fuels and nuclear power plant. The chemical fossil fuels that is currently defined into gasoline it can be change and switch to the natural gases. Natural gas MSDS carbon and other harmful pollutant to the environment and here when it burns and has been a rapid increase in supply in the United States as the industry has affected the technology with the use of fossil fuels which release are huge amount of pollution to the environment.
hydrogen- another alternative source of nuclear power plant is hydrogen which can be used in conjunction with a fuel cell to provide transport and energy supply. Hydrogen bond clean can be produced domestically and can be used much as 3 times more efficient then the nuclear power plant and other sources of power supply.
