a.Governing the healthcare facility will be successful by team spirit. All the members including medical staffs , management and governing body should understand the role of governance to bring an effective governance.The role of governing body influences the healthcare facility.Health care organizations fail because of problems at the governance level. Ineffective governance negatively impact the ability of the management to succeed. Effective governance greatly assists the organization. Effective governance succeeds as it is efficient, encourages conflict of ideas, is simple, is focused, is integrated and co-operative, has good outcomes, preserves community assets, and provides appraisal and rewards for the individual board members and also staffs who are very important for the healthcare facilities growth
The governing body should frame policies to focus and define the roles and responsibities of medical staffs,the board members and administrator in the facility.Decide the facility's vision, mission and strategy for the improvement of the health care provided which will be the reason for the success .The main role of the governing body is the overseeing of the board medical staffs emergency departments, nursing unit and on the whole they are legally responsible for everything happening inside the hospital.The governing body selects and appoints the administrator to establishing policies towards quality , such as credentialing the staffs,and to establish a plan for quality, monitoring implementation of the plan.
The board , administrator and medical staffs should be in a stong bond which is very important and efficient care delivery in the hospital .Medical staffs are the connection between the facility and the public.So if the quality of medical staffs are good it will help in improving the reputation of the hospital. Organization’s community-focused mission can succeed if the relationship between medical staffs , the administrator and board are in harmony.Thus a healthcare facility's goal should be always towards delivering preventive health and quality care.

These bylaws are the true partnership between the medical staffs and the administrator.So the hospital need bylaws for the positive relationship of medical staffs and the governing board which will help in rendering good care and improves reputation of hospital
c.Medical staffs should be allowed to be autonomous members whose existence is critical to care improvement in the hospital. Many efforts should be made to improve the self governance of the organization, such as the election of medical staff officers, the funding of the medical staff organization, and the powers of the medical staff input at the level of the medical staff executive committee and other medical staff committees. So the commitee of the medical staffs helps in any problems which arise for medical staffs inside the organisation and also they will be supportive to the organisation in improving the fame of organisation and aim towards quality .
d.Medical staff credentialing is the process to review the education,qualification,licenses and experience of medical staffs .Simply said as reviewing and validating the qualifications of medical staffs for providing patient services.The need of medical staff credentialing is to provide qualified better quality care to patients .
