Given the graph of y=f(x) below, sketch y = -f(-2x)+1. Also,you can assume each box is 1x1, for example the points are: (-4,0)(-3,0.5) (-2, 1) (-1,1) (0,1) (1, -2)This is what I got, but I am not sure if it is right. Istarted by doing the (-2x) part then -f(x) and then I added one.However, my graph did not flip over the x axis, and I thought thatis what it is supposed to do.
Can someone please help me out? I need at least the basictransformations such as the description of thetransformations (shift one up, flip over x axis, and narrower oretc). The points would also be nice, but you do not have to spendtime graphing it. Thanks in advance!
