Premier Valery Putin is arguing with President Barack Obama, who is claiming that the cardinal number of C, the set of all citizens in Chicago, is larger than the Cardinal number of M, the set of all citizens of Moscow. In the interest of keeping the peace, Secretary of the Federal Reserve, Janet Yellen, gathers up several billion dollars of "Quantitative Easing; QE" funds, rounds up all the citizens of each city, and airlifts them all to Washington, D.C. Once they're in from the airports, she had them line up along Constitution Ave.; Chicagoans on the East side and Muscovites on the West. Can you picture it in your mind? Good. Now Vice President Joe Biden hates Mathematics of any sorts, so Joe says, you cannot use NUMBERS in any way; No counting!

now Obama's claim that Chicago has more citizen than Moscow is true if there is Chicagoan left ,but no Moscovians left in West .
If there is no Chicagoans or Muscovites left at same time ,it means that population of both cities are equal
