Use table II to figure out the degrees of freedom (p and q and the number of levels of each factor), assume that the replication inside each experimental design cell was n=5 (this is the n in table II). Use your answer to question 4 and table III to figure out the appropriate F ratios (the correct MS denominator) to use in each case (hint: look for MS ratios that result in 1 if the Ho for each effect is not rejected). Use Table IV to get the critical values of F for a type error I or 5%. For F observed and critical report values up to three decimal places, for the significance cells use Y or N to answer.
