Answer: In my position, I work on Payroll and it’s important to have 99.9% accuracy when it comes to it. This position has a lot of pressure on both sides because the company need to make sure they’re not over paying employees and employees need to make sure they’re paycheck are received on time. We also must make sure everyone is being paid off the right line of accounting because if they aren’t it could affect company business operations. Therefore, my program would need to have a 6 sigmas
