Here are some suggestions regarding your business goal.
1. For starting any business one should know about the cash flow or the budget. I will Visit the different coffee houses and get some idea about the business plan first. I can use the land where there was a coffee house before. so half of my taxing
work can be avoided. So I will try to do all the legal process to establish it after deciding the location and atmosphere. For atmosphere, I will prefer the student area or any university campus. Here I am targeting the day time more than night. And from there I can deliver my coffee to hostels and near market also.
2. Coffee varieties can be traditional and special which can only be provided by me. The more varieties are there the more different flavour people will come. This way I will target every customer who like somthing different. Like classic coffee, black coffee, Espresso. I will put some different country flavours naming them like Western, Russian . I will put some more personal flavours.
3. I will definitely target the youths. Coffee has now become a symbol of love. Will improve my delivery capacity to deliver after evening. Will put some good music and peronal boxes to serve youths in a good way. will do the sample survey to know which locality prefers what.
5. Will put regular prices. Because I want people to come regularly not occasionally. Because people tend to go to a coffee shop where they can order handsomely and spend enough time. The low prices would make people stay for long and order more.
6. The competition can be huge where there are more food items shop. Like any pizza shop, burger or any which can be a good target for same segment.
8.I can use the name of my family Sir name or any like Adam's Coffee Hut. It will popularise you significantly. You can extend the chain accordingly.
9. We can use some catchy line like., Cup of Love and every body's starter.
10. I will target from 9 to 9. should be office time and college time. I can enhance manforce to deliver it to even in odd times. will offer special night flavours.
