Sinusoid capillary: Large pores in endothelium incompletely covered by basement membrane.

II. Spleen is a multitasking organ with many crucial roles in the body. It recycles the old blood and recycles the Heme ( Iron) content of it. It also contains stored monocytes in its sinusoids and B and T lymphocytes in malphigian capsule.
So answer is: - Recycles iron from ld blood cells.
- Contains B and T cells as they mature
- Contain proliferating lymphocytes and helps fight infection.
