to check what determined whether German teachers chose to become Nazi party members based on the variables: Religion, Residence, and Gender
Variables/Columns:
Religion (1=Protestant, 2=Catholic, 3=None)
Residence (1= rural, 2=urban)
Gender (1=male, 2=female)
Membership (1=Yes, 0=No)
You will notice all dependent and independent variables are categorical variables. Generate appropriate dummy variables needed to understand how religion, gender and residence affected 13566 German teachers’ choice of becoming Nazi party members.
1.Undertake appropriate basic data analytics to motivate the regression suggested
2.Using the dataset provided, determine the most appropriate regression model. (To decide the best specification, determine which variables should be included, and also run all postestimation tests)
2.What can you say about the effects of each of the X-variables from the regression coefficients?
3.Test whether teachers in Germany were more likely to join the Nazi party if they were rural males than rural females?

In the question, dependnet variable is membership depend upon independent variable Religion, Residence, and Gender. We have excel to solve the problem.
1,2. We can make all combination of regression model which may or may not contains all independent variable. using this dataset, we choose a sutiable model which explain the dependcy between variable using R-squared.
We can see that all independent variables are consider to explain a linear model.
2. The effects of religion variables from the regression coefficients is not affect the regression model becuase p-value is greater than 0.05
The effects of residence variables from the regression coefficients is affect the regression modelbecuase p-value is less than 0.05.
The effects of gender variables from the regression coefficients is affect the regression model becuase p-value is less than 0.05.
