a) This is clearly the case of 1 way anova, with 1 categorical and 1 continous variable
b) The treatment variable is the " Circuits" and the noise is the dependent variable

as can be seen from the box plots , the mean values are different . The mean values are different and are denoted by "dots" in the box plots . This is due to between groups variation , as the means of each group is different from one another , atleast visually.

Hypothesis
H0 : There is no difference in the mean values of noise for different circuit groups
H1 : There is a significant difference in the mean values of the noise , atleast for 2 groups
