Dear all,
In the wake of rising incidents of criminal activities in the surrounding area of our workplace and as a part of our commitment towards the safety and well being of our employees, we have decided to implement some preventive measures to avoid occurance of any such event at our place. We plan to install extra outdoor lighting, introduce employee ID badges, and a new alarm system to reinforce our security system. All these changes will be in place by May 15 2018.
We are organising a General Meeting on Thursday, April 26th 2018 to introduce all employees to these measures. Please ensure to be there with us.
